Modular homes

The current NuaHome range includes 36 m² and 45 m² internal layouts, with one- and two-bedroom options. The Modular Homes page shows the supplier floor plans and specifications.

Ask for a project-specific quotation. The model, specification, site works and connections affect the agreed scope and price.

No. The programme needs to be confirmed for your chosen home, site readiness and agreed works. Discuss the schedule with the team before committing.

The Modular Homes page explains the supplier’s Classic and Signature packages. Your written quotation and project specification confirm the final inclusions.

Attic conversions

Roof form, structure, finished headroom and the proposed stair position all affect feasibility. Arrange a property assessment before committing to a layout.

Tell us how you want to use the space. Bedroom use needs an appropriate assessment of the proposed design, access and relevant requirements; it is not something we can confirm from a photograph.

The existing structure, access, intended use and finishes affect the scope. We will discuss your property before preparing a project-specific proposal.

The programme depends on the design and agreed works. Ask for a project-specific schedule once the scope has been assessed.
